This wine is born from the union between the power of Sangiovese (70%) and Sagrantino (15%) and the pleasantness of Merlot (15%).
The grapes are vinified separately, and assembled only when placed in small oak barrels. The maceration times of the skins vary from 18 to 22 days. Finally, the wine is placed in French oak barriques where it will be left to refine for about 12 months.
To be paired with tasty first courses, grilled meat and sausages.
