A grape variety of great complexity, Sauvignon has found a habitat of great depth in the Umbrian lands, also thanks to appropriate agronomic choices.
Light yellow color with vivid greenish reflections, a wide aromatic bouquet that ranges from fruity notes of pink grapefruit, pineapple and passion fruit to more mineral notes of sage and flint.
In the mouth it is savory, with a fresh acidity but with a very soft and harmonious finish.
