Grechetto is one of the oldest vines in our territory, always cultivated in these areas, the prince among the grapes that make up the Orvieto D.O.C..
It is characterized by the production of grapes with a large polyphenolic structure. The resulting wine, of an intense golden yellow colour, with spicy and vanilla notes, is rich and full, with great structure and body but with a good freshness which ensures its longevity. Just like the vine from which it originates, Sole Uve does not fear time, indeed it takes advantage of it, maturing and evolving, in a challenge without losers. Fruit of the curiosity to understand the true potential of one of the most interesting and particular vines in the area, Sole Uve is the new thing that comes from the past, the imagination that comes from experience.

Rustic, frank and decisive wine, it definitely goes well with the typical dishes of the Orvieto tradition, bruschetta, crostini, polenta and typical cured meats as well as with risottos and rich, meat-based first courses. A wine that also goes well with important dishes to be savored slowly to grasp all the sweet, warm nuances.
