It is the red wine that has always been produced and drunk in our territory. Even today the tradition continues with this wine with an intense ruby red color with purple reflections, fruity aromas of ripe cherries combined with a light vanilla note that opens in the glass with menthol notes. In the mouth it is savory, with good tannins and freshness but pleasantly round and harmonious. A wine with a young and casual, sincere spirit. Grapes: Sangiovese (85%), Canaiolo (15%). PAIRINGS It goes well with both rather elaborate and rustic first courses, perhaps based on game, typical of Orvieto’s gastronomy, and with medium-structured second courses.
