Grapes: Sangiovese, Merlot, Montepulciano.
MI.MO.SO is a complex, fragrant wine, with a subtle scent of wild berries and an intense ruby red color.
After twelve months of aging in Balkan oak barrels and six months in the bottle, the wines are bottled in the castle itself.
It goes well with ‘richer’ first courses (with heavier sauces) and main courses of meat or alone, as a so-called ‘meditation’ wine.
