Second degree stone processing: the raw rice, or paddy, after being stored in the silos for about 60 days, enters the rice mill. After various processing phases, the brown rice undergoes only 2 passes inside the Minghetti “Hamburg” type conical whiteners. Thanks to this old processing method, the rice is only caressed, keeping all its organoleptic and nutritional properties intact.
It is their product of excellence, one of a kind, with large, intact and firm grains, it is suitable for the preparation of gourmet risottos and salads.
