Grechetto represents the oldest and most traditional variety of Umbria. It has been present since the times of the Etruscans and Romans.
It is a soft and intense wine, with pleasant and drinkable qualities.
Its structure gives it importance and great personality.
Biodynamically inspired. No herbicides or pesticides are used in these vineyards. Fertilizations are carried out with biodynamic preparations, burial of shoots and green manure of herbs and legumes.
The flavor is round and complex, with slight hints of ripe fruit and almond
It goes well with different types of first courses, shellfish, fish, mixed fried foods and white meats.
