A more modern and innovative interpretation of the Orvieto Classico tradition, it is the result of careful qualitative selection, bunch by bunch, in our vineyards. It best expresses all the potential of the terroir of a highly suitable production area. Endowed with extreme drinkability and complexity, it is the embodiment of our passion for wine.
Biodynamically inspired. No herbicides or pesticides are used in these vineyards. Fertilizations are carried out with biodynamic preparations, burial of shoots and green manure of herbs and legumes.
Straw yellow in color with an intense and complex aroma, with hints of fresh fruit
The flavor is fresh, mineral and persistent.
We recommend pairing with land and sea starters, first courses, fish and white meats.
